Straight run across town on I-90. Easy airport, quick rental return.
Akron-Canton
Smaller and calmer. Worth a look if the fare is much better.
Wheels recommended 🚗
You'll want a rental car here. Rideshare shows up eventually, but the wait near the facility can be hit or miss.
All drive times are approximate — traffic gets a vote.

Sleep well.
A few places we'd recommend when you're in town.
Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield
Concur Most Preferred and the standard stay for this site.
Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East / Mayfield Village
Off-contract fallback with a restaurant on site.
Book through Concur — it stays the system of record.

Mama Santa's / Little Italy
Cleveland's Little Italy is worth the drive. Old-school and reasonable.

The corned beef sandwich Cleveland is known for. Go hungry.

Basics and anything you forgot.
Good to know
A few things the locals know.
Lake effect
The snow belt starts right about here. Mentor can get a foot while downtown gets an inch.
Traffic
I-90 westbound into Cleveland slows before 8 AM. The shoreway is the alternate.
Parking downtown
If you head into the city for dinner, use a garage. Street parking is a hassle.
Local tip
I-90 is your spine here. Everything sits a few minutes off it.
